TORPOL – “Instead of Theorising, We Prefer to Show…”

At TORPOL, we believe the best way to express our values is not through theory but through action – in the way we work together, in our everyday interactions, and in the decisions we make. For us, clarity, mutual respect, and openness are not abstract ideals; they are part of our daily reality.

This August brought a week of meaningful change within our structure and our team – and much more than that. We begin with promotions that make us proud. Aleksandra Lendo-Więch, formerly Head of Sales, now takes on the role of Sales Director. Her consistency, maturity, and natural ability to build strong relationships have earned her this recognition. Aleksandra knows TORPOL inside out, and we are confident she will lead the sales team with assurance and commitment.

In our Production Department, we mark both a transition and a continuation of legacy. Anna Modzelewska, who for years led the department and mentored many specialists, has reached retirement age and decided to hand over her responsibilities to the next generation. From now on, Łukasz Stypułkowski will serve as Head of Production Engineering, and Magda Ladzińska will take the role of Coordinator for Production Planning and Approval. Together with Robert Samełko, Head of Production Logistics and Standardisation, they form a three-person team managing production. Importantly, Anna will remain with us, continuing to share her expertise – an asset we greatly value.

A key pillar of our organisation remains  Monika LipskaManaging Director for Operations and Development. Monika consistently oversees the company’s operations, supports the team, and develops what matters most to us – people, products, processes, and partnerships. Her systematic approach and steady support are the foundation of our stable growth and long-term success.

Przedsiębiorstwo Fair Play

These changes reflect what we value deeply – developing talent from within and passing responsibility to the next generation in a spirit of respect and close cooperation.

The week also brought another important event – our assessment as part of the Fair Play Enterprise programme. Maciej Rataj conducted numerous conversations with employees, management, and those shaping the company from within. Beyond document analysis, he examined daily practices:
– Is there genuine trust in the workplace?
– Does our structure support efficient operations?
– Are decisions communicated with transparency?
– Do employees understand the purpose of their work?

It’s worth emphasising that this is not a one-off initiative. Year after year, we choose to take part in this process because we see it as an essential part of our development. The Fair Play Enterprise programme sets standards that align with our philosophy. For us, it is not about another certificate on the wall, but an invitation to self-reflection.

At TORPOL, values are not an afterthought – they are the standard we live by every day, in times of important personnel changes, during audits, and throughout our everyday work. We foster a culture where everyone can make a real impact. When something needs improvement, we act. When an idea arises, we talk. When someone needs support, we collaborate – never in isolation.

What we build inside our organisation translates directly into the way we work with our clients, suppliers, and the wider community. We do not have two versions of our company – one public, one internal. We are consistent, transparent, and true to who we are.
