Poland is one of Europe’s leading milk producers, long considered a “tiger” of the European dairy sector in terms of innovation, export volumes, and adoption of new technologies. These issues are at the heart of the Polish Milk Congress 2025, taking place on 7 October in Ożarów Mazowiecki.
