Poland’s cheese industry continues to strengthen its global position. According to ITC UN COMTRADE data for 2024, Poland ranked 10th among the world’s largest cheese exporters, with nearly 286,000 tons of products worth over USD 1.3 billion. This achievement confirms the dynamic growth of the sector, driven by ongoing investments, plant modernization, and the adoption of innovative technological solutions.

In light of these impressive results, we are proud to announce our participation in the 14th Polish Cheese Congress, which will take place on 5–7 November 2025 in Ruciane-Nida, under the honorary patronage of OSM Mlekpol.

As emphasized by the organizers, the Congress is one of the most important events for the dairy sector, bringing together producers, technologists, and solution providers. This year’s program will focus on:

• automation and robotization of cheese production,
• energy independence of dairies,
• process efficiency and cost optimization,
• sustainable packaging solutions.

Experts from leading technology companies such as GEA, Alfa Laval, Ecolab, and Handtmann will share their insights, outlining the key directions for the modernization of Poland’s dairy industry.
