TORPOL has been honored with the Eco Patron of the Arts award. This distinction reflects values that have been part of our company for many years. We believe paper is much more than packaging. It is a functional material that supports responsible resource management and, as this award demonstrates, can also gain a meaningful second life.

The Eco Patron of the Arts title recognizes our cooperation with EKO CYKL Packaging Recovery Organization S.A. and our support for educational initiatives that promote environmental awareness through art, creativity and experience. This approach is particularly close to our philosophy. In the packaging industry, sustainability should not end with declarations. Its real value lies in practical actions that inspire people and encourage responsible thinking.

Every day, TORPOL manufactures multiwall paper sacks with LDPE liners for the food, dairy, feed and bulk ingredients industries. Our packaging solutions help manufacturers protect their products while ensuring reliable production, storage and transportation processes.

For products such as milk powder, whey powder, food ingredients, flour and animal feed, packaging plays a critical role. It must protect the product, support process stability and perform consistently throughout the supply chain. That is why we often describe our work as the art of packaging – combining technology, experience, material quality and a deep understanding of customer requirements.

Paper, however, can go far beyond industrial applications.

A great example is the project “Łączy nas Podlasie. Naturalnie!”, where MO.YA Fashion by Barbara Piekut created fashion pieces using paper produced by TORPOL. It was a unique combination of local identity, nature, fashion and a material usually associated with industrial packaging.

Another inspiring initiative was our cooperation with Grupa Mixer, where TORPOL paper became part of an artistic stage design. These projects demonstrate that a material designed to protect powdered products can also become a medium for creativity, education and environmental awareness.

For us, these initiatives have an additional value. They show that sustainability can be communicated in an engaging and memorable way. It does not have to be limited to regulations, reports or statistics. It can inspire people and encourage discussions about responsible use of the materials that surround us.

As a manufacturer of industrial paper sacks with LDPE liners, we know that packaging is part of a much broader system. Strength, product protection and process reliability remain essential, but increasing attention is also being given to responsible material use and its potential beyond its primary application.

Receiving the Eco Patron of the Arts award is a great honor for TORPOL and a reminder that paper can successfully connect industry, sustainability, education, art and local communities.
