Torpol at Pack4Future

Torpol at Pack4Future 2026 – packaging quality and safety in times of regulatory transformation Regulatory changes affecting packaging, including the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and EPR systems, are increasingly influencing the daily operations of manufacturers. These developments extend far beyond legal compliance and now affect packaging design, quality management, and responsibility for the entire packaging lifecycle. These challenges were at the center of the Pack4Future Forum and managerial workshops, organized by FoodFakty.     Magdalena Gwoździej and Magda Stankiewicz represented Torpol at the event. The workshop-based format allowed participants to discuss upcoming regulatory changes from a highly practical perspective — covering legal requirements, implications for packaging producers, and the real impact on clients in the food and dairy industries.   During the forum, particular attention was given to packaging quality and safety, which are expected to be subject to even greater scrutiny in the evolving regulatory landscape. Discussions addressed topics such as designing packaging for recyclability, extended producer responsibility, and the need for greater traceability and transparency throughout the supply chain.     “This was a very concrete and practical meeting. We discussed not only the regulatory framework but also how new rules will influence production processes, design decisions, and cooperation with clients. For us, it is a clear signal that packaging quality and safety will increasingly be linked with systemic responsibility across the entire value chain,” said Magdalena Gwoździej.   Participation in Pack4Future marks another step for TORPOL in proactively preparing for the regulatory transformation affecting the packaging sector. Continuous competence development and active participation in industry discussions help the company better understand regulatory directions and responsibly develop its packaging solutions — with a focus on food safety, process stability, and long-term cooperation with clients.   Torpol returns from the event with new knowledge, valuable insights, and the conviction that the dialogue around packaging quality and safety will become one of the defining topics for the packaging industry in the coming years.   Let’s talk about your packaging standards  Let’s schedule a convenient time to discuss how our packaging solutions can support your company and ensure product safety throughout the supply chain.   We look forward to connecting with you!Torpol Team

FLEXOGRAPHY AND TORPOL

FLEXOGRAPHY AND TORPOL PASSION, PRECISION, AND SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL In flexographic packaging production, every detail matters — from ink quality and substrate properties to the experience of the operators. At TORPOL, we combine innovative technologies with the practical expertise of our team to create paper packaging that meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.   TRAINING WITH CHESPA – A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR QUALITY As part of our long-term collaboration with Chespa — a renowned manufacturer of photopolymer plates and flexographic inks — our specialists, graphic designer Krzysztof Truszyński and printers Paweł Sypytkowski and Marcin Zawistowski, participated in an advanced training program focused on improving the flexographic printing process.   The program included an in-depth analysis of water-based ink properties, the influence of substrate type on print quality, techniques of solid and halftone printing, and precise control of ink viscosity and intensity.During the practical sessions, participants worked on eliminating common production issues such as ink foaming, color instability, and structural defects. The acquired knowledge enhances process stability, repeatability, and the visual quality of our packaging.   FLEXO WORKSHOPS 2025 – A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO SAFETY AND QUALITY This year’s workshops were built around the theme “The Seven Samurai and The Magnificent Seven” — symbolizing the courage to fight for safety in modern flexographic production environments. Inspired by Akira Kurosawa’s legendary film and its Western adaptation, the event emphasized teamwork, responsibility, and continuous improvement.   Alongside technical panels and hands-on training sessions, participants attended lectures by experts in psychology and workplace safety — focusing particularly on cybersecurity and risk management. Topics included data protection in production, best practices for preventing digital threats, and modern quality control methods.   Among the participants were TORPOL printers Paweł Sypytkowski, Marcin Zawistowski, and Ariel Gudanowski, who actively contributed to discussions on real-world challenges and technological innovations shaping the industry.   As Paweł Sypytkowski emphasized: “Responsibility and vigilance are the foundation of our daily work. They guarantee production continuity and top-level quality.”     THE POWER OF PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY TORPOL continues to invest in team competence and collaboration with industry experts. By combining advanced technology with practical knowledge and operator engagement, we achieve stable production results and outstanding product quality.   Every decision and every detail contributes to TORPOL’s advantage in the flexographic packaging market — where quality and innovation go hand in hand.
