Torpol at the Mondi Seminar – close to technology, close to quality

Torpol at the Mondi Seminar – close to technology, close to quality From 3–8 November 2025, our team took part in the Mondi Seminar – an event bringing together key players in the paper and packaging industry.   Torpol was represented by Dariusz Lipski – CEO, and Łukasz Stypułkowski – Head of Production Engineering. On Thursday, they attended the official opening of Mondi’s new paper machine, marking another step forward in the development of paper technology and sustainable production. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss innovations, new machinery, and future directions of the paper market. For us, as a manufacturer of multi-layer paper sacks, taking part in such an event is not just about being present in the industry – it’s a genuine necessity. We know that the quality of the final packaging begins with the quality of the raw material. That’s why we follow new technologies, explore trends, and discuss solutions that allow us to respond even better to our customers’ needs. Why is it important to us? Paper is a key raw material in our production – the better its properties, the better the bag’s performance. We understand that customers today expect not only durability, but also sustainability, safety, and consistent quality. New technologies help reduce waste, optimise processes, and create more environmentally friendly products. At Torpol, we focus on growth and partnership – that’s why we were there, where the future of the industry is being shaped. Thank you to everyone for the inspiring discussions and exchange of experiences! If you’d like to learn how our packaging solutions can help pack your business – feel free to contact us.   TORPOL 🜲 35 years of innovation.

FLEXOGRAPHY AND TORPOL

FLEXOGRAPHY AND TORPOL PASSION, PRECISION, AND SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL In flexographic packaging production, every detail matters — from ink quality and substrate properties to the experience of the operators. At TORPOL, we combine innovative technologies with the practical expertise of our team to create paper packaging that meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.   TRAINING WITH CHESPA – A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR QUALITY As part of our long-term collaboration with Chespa — a renowned manufacturer of photopolymer plates and flexographic inks — our specialists, graphic designer Krzysztof Truszyński and printers Paweł Sypytkowski and Marcin Zawistowski, participated in an advanced training program focused on improving the flexographic printing process.   The program included an in-depth analysis of water-based ink properties, the influence of substrate type on print quality, techniques of solid and halftone printing, and precise control of ink viscosity and intensity.During the practical sessions, participants worked on eliminating common production issues such as ink foaming, color instability, and structural defects. The acquired knowledge enhances process stability, repeatability, and the visual quality of our packaging.   FLEXO WORKSHOPS 2025 – A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO SAFETY AND QUALITY This year’s workshops were built around the theme “The Seven Samurai and The Magnificent Seven” — symbolizing the courage to fight for safety in modern flexographic production environments. Inspired by Akira Kurosawa’s legendary film and its Western adaptation, the event emphasized teamwork, responsibility, and continuous improvement.   Alongside technical panels and hands-on training sessions, participants attended lectures by experts in psychology and workplace safety — focusing particularly on cybersecurity and risk management. Topics included data protection in production, best practices for preventing digital threats, and modern quality control methods.   Among the participants were TORPOL printers Paweł Sypytkowski, Marcin Zawistowski, and Ariel Gudanowski, who actively contributed to discussions on real-world challenges and technological innovations shaping the industry.   As Paweł Sypytkowski emphasized: “Responsibility and vigilance are the foundation of our daily work. They guarantee production continuity and top-level quality.”     THE POWER OF PEOPLE AND TECHNOLOGY TORPOL continues to invest in team competence and collaboration with industry experts. By combining advanced technology with practical knowledge and operator engagement, we achieve stable production results and outstanding product quality.   Every decision and every detail contributes to TORPOL’s advantage in the flexographic packaging market — where quality and innovation go hand in hand.

Poland’s Cheese Industry on the Rise – TORPOL Supports the Future of Dairy

Poland’s Cheese Industry on the Rise – TORPOL Supports the Future of Dairy Poland’s cheese industry continues to strengthen its global position. According to ITC UN COMTRADE data for 2024, Poland ranked 10th among the world’s largest cheese exporters, with nearly 286,000 tons of products worth over USD 1.3 billion. This achievement confirms the dynamic growth of the sector, driven by ongoing investments, plant modernization, and the adoption of innovative technological solutions.     In light of these impressive results, we are proud to announce our participation in the 14th Polish Cheese Congress, which will take place on 5–7 November 2025 in Ruciane-Nida, under the honorary patronage of OSM Mlekpol.   As emphasized by the organizers, the Congress is one of the most important events for the dairy sector, bringing together producers, technologists, and solution providers. This year’s program will focus on: automation and robotization of cheese production, energy independence of dairies, process efficiency and cost optimization, sustainable packaging solutions.   Experts from leading technology companies such as GEA, Alfa Laval, Ecolab, and Handtmann will share their insights, outlining the key directions for the modernization of Poland’s dairy industry.   TORPOL will be represented at the event by Monika Lipska, COO, and Aleksandra Lendo-Więch, Sales Director — both actively promoting our innovative and environmentally responsible approach to packaging in the food sector. The Polish Cheese Congress 2025 serves as a platform for setting new directions for the industry — where quality, innovation, and sustainability take center stage.
