As consumers increasingly look for short, transparent, clean-label ingredient lists, companies are implementing solutions that enhance traceability and environmental responsibility.    „At the fair, we paid particular attention to blockchain technologies and IoT systems enabling origin tracking and precise monitoring of carbon footprints,” emphasizes Urszula Ostapowicz, Business Development Manager at TORPOL.   FI Europe’s discussion panels focused heavily on sustainable supply chains and regenerative agriculture. Ingredion presented a full-cycle CO₂ reduction program, attracting investors who expect measurable environmental actions. „Sustainability is no longer an added value — it is the price of entry.
